What is CourierOS?
CourierOS is web software for courier agencies in India that hold franchises of several networks, such as Shree Maruti, Trackon and DTDC. It keeps the accounts for every agency in one place and gives the agency its own branded website where customers can track a parcel from any of those networks.
Which courier networks does CourierOS support?
Shree Maruti, Trackon and DTDC today. More networks are added on request, so tell us which ones you run.
How much does CourierOS cost?
Starter is ₹1,499 a month for up to 3 networks. Growth is ₹2,999 a month with unlimited networks, statement matching and a website on your own domain. Both include unlimited bookings, and yearly billing gives two months free.
Will my customers see my name or the network's?
Yours. The website, receipts and tracking page all carry your agency's name and logo.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and we help you set it up.
Do I still use the network's own portal?
Yes, you keep generating AWBs where your network requires it. CourierOS is where your accounts, customers and tracking page live, across every network.
Can I use my existing website domain?
Yes, on the Growth plan. On Starter you get a free yourname.courieros.in address.
Can my staff use it on their phones?
Yes. CourierOS works in any phone or computer browser, and you decide what each staff member can see.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes. Send us your customer list in Excel and we import it during setup, or start fresh and build the list as you book.
Does CourierOS work for a single network agency?
It does, but it is built for agencies running two or more networks. With one network, the accounts and website are still useful, and you can add networks later.
Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted and backed up, and only the staff you invite can see it. You can export your data at any time.
Is CourierOS connected to DTDC, Trackon or Shree Maruti?
CourierOS is independent software for agency owners. It is not owned by or affiliated with any courier network.
